This is available in a variety of colors and camouflage patterns. For OWB (Outside the waistband carry we use the BladeTeck Tek Lok. It is configurable for belts from 1.25 inches to 2.25 inches. You can also adjust the ride height and cant (forward and back). The back cant is popular with USPSA shooters and people looking for a crossdraw.
The outside has a IWB overhook loop standard. The Ulticlip is popular available option for a minimal visual profile. It also allows you to carry the holster without wearing a belt or clipping inside your purse, pack, or double AR/AR mag pouch.
The user can easily remove the side they don’t need at the time with a Philips head screwdriver. It take only seconds to swap back.
The body of the holster is constructed of .080 Kydex or for some finishes Holstex. Both offer excellent resistance to chemicals and environmental conditions. Hot, cold, wet or dry will not harm your holster. Other thicknesses are available as a custom order. Although we feel .080 offers the best balance of properties. The .060 thickness will do the job but feels flimsy to most people and is not nearly as strong for an OWB holster.

The Range Holster is a great solution for someone wanting a holster that is both versatile in application and easy to use. This taco holster style is formed from a single piece of thermoformed Kydex. This allows a small footprint on your belt freeing up space for other items you need to carry. The Range Holster is suitable for a causal trip to the range or for use in competitive shooting sports like IDPA, USPSA, and 3gun. The secure locking TekLok belt attachment can be sized up to 2.25″ that covers everything from dress belts to tactical belts and most duty belts. Thigh Holster
Whether you call it a Thigh Holster, Leg Holster, or Drop Leg Holster they all free up belt space and provide extra clearance around body armor to access your pistol. It is also easier to draw from your support hand. The Ares Tactical Thigh Holster is highly versatile. It is adjustable for ride height, including being able to remove the top strap. Both let straps feature rubberized strips that help prevent twisting or unwanted movement. Dual tension screw allow you to adjust the force needed to draw. All holsters come mounted directly to the thigh platform. We do offer a variety quick-release interchangeable hardware that allow your to swap holster quickly or the move your holster from one platform to another easily. Some of the more popular are the Blade-Tech TMMS, Safariland QLS, and G-Code RTI. Essentially they all serve the same function but are not interoperable between brands. One side mounts to the holster (Insert/fork/hanger) and the other mounts to platform (thigh panel/ belt slide, molle adapter) and this is usually called the plate. Is one any better than another? That’s a personal preference as they all have their own following. TMMS puts it off the body the least, RTI is the easiest to swap out. QLS is the most ubiquitous. Update 12 January 2021: We have brought in some Blade-Tech thigh panels to offer more colors and hopefully have a more consistent supply on hand. These feature a semi-rigid polymer platform with dual leg adjustments and an adjustable drop hanger with a quick release side buckle. Update 1 February 2018: Our supplier has discontinued the Cordura thigh panels in a style we use. Very limited stock or old stock is available. Tanker Chest Holster
The Tanker Holster was born out of a need for a easy access system where traditional belt or thigh holsters were not practical. Classically seen worn by tankers and pilots, today you can still see these used by military personnel as well as backpackers, hikers, and atv off roaders. The Ares Tactical Tanker Chest Holster is based on the 1940’s US Military M7 Tanker Holster. We have designed in a lot of improvements including using weatherproof Kydex, allowing greater adjustability in sizing and retention. Additionally, we have designed the holster to be adjustable in the carry angle. It can be rotated to near horizontal. This allows for a more natural draw angle to fit your body. The Ares Tactical Tanker Chest Holster can also be configured in the M3 Tanker style that uses a single sling style loop Unlike the original military M3 and M7 Tanker Holsters, ours can be ordered in dozens of different firearms and colors. Molle Holster
The MOLLE Holster provides full slide protection while minimizing the real estate used on your belt or vest. The additional slide coverage helps protect your rear sight and firearm. Custom lower profile slide coverage is also available. Supplied with dual MALICE Clips, the MOLLE Holster mounts easily and securely. There are multiple vertical height adjustments as well as horizontal mounting. Mounting solutions using G-Code RTI system, Safariland QLS and ELS, or Blade-Tech Tek-Lok can be done on a custom basis too. If you want added versatility you can get the optional rigid belt loop is available for $10. They are available in 1.5, 1.75, and 2″ and come with all the necessary hardware. The nearly indestructible Kydex body withstands the rigors of being in the field. Hot, cold, dry or wet is will will not matter. Wrap around muzzle design protects the muzzle, keeps your clothes cleaner, and is far more comfortable than exposed versions. An added benefit is it allows plenty of clearance for drainage. New for 2015 are the adjustable tension screws. This will allow you to easily fine tune the retention of your holster. New for 2017 are the options for slide coverage. The original model featured a full sweat shield that went up slide and protected the rear sight from all sorts of battlefield abuses.
